Avon Ski & Action Centre (The Company) reserves the right to examine customers own
equipment and will refuse the use if deemed unsuitable.

All lessons must be paid for in full in advance.

Lessons will take place irrespective of weather conditions.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, change or alter the booking schedule without
prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to change its price structure at any time.

It is your responsibility to inform your instructor of all disabilities and relevant health
issues prior to commencement of your lesson.

The Company does not accept any liability beyond its legal obligations. You are advised to
consider obtaining personal indemnity insurance as appropriate.

Recreational Skiing and Snowboarding Regulations stipulate that the minimum proficiency
required on all slopes is:

Skiing: Snowplough, turn, stop in control and use a button drag lift
Snowboarding: Heel and toe edge, falling leaf, stop in control and use a button drag
lift.

The Ski Code is displayed and must be observed by all slope users.

Only teaching/coaching by the Company's instructors is permitted.

The Company reserves the right to refuse admission or remove anyone not complying with
our Company Rules and Regulations or jeopardising the safety of others. No refunds or
compensation will be given.

For your own safety, trousers, long sleeves and gloves must be worn at all times on the
slope.

The Company reserves the right to restrict public usage to one or more slopes depending
on classes and events taking place.

All accidents must be reported immediately to the Company and an accident form must be
completed.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your activity is due to start.

Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or amend a booking.
Refunds can only be made in the form of a gift voucher which is valid for 12 months or
alternatively we can reschedule your booking.
